A trigger type spraying device having a locking unit is provided to secure safety by preventing a trigger from being pulled in a trigger locked state by disposing a locking knob oppositely to the back side of the trigger. A locking unit(90) of the trigger type spraying device(30) is composed of a combining ring(91) rotatably fitted to an opening end of a cylinder(51), formed like a ring enough to pass a front end of a plunger(52), and a band-shaped combining groove circumferentially formed on the outer periphery; locking knobs(93A,93B) protruded from the front side of the combining ring to the front side and positioned oppositely to the back side of the trigger when the trigger is moved forward, to prevent the trigger from being pulled; a combining sill formed at an inner wall of the opening end of the cylinder in a band form to join with the combining groove of the combining ring and to prevent separation of the combining ring; and a position fixing member fixing the locking knobs with facing the back side of the trigger.
