PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens driving module and a camera module capable of making the plane space of the entire module small even when a lens group (barrel) is moved by using a lead screw. SOLUTION: The lens driving module is equipped with a first feed screw shaft 6 and a second feed screw shaft 7 for moving a first movable lens group 12 and a second movable lens group 13 back and forth by the driving of a first motor 23 and a second motor 24, and makes the plane space of the entire module small even when the lens group (barrel) is moved by using the lead screw by partially superposing a first input gear 27 and a second input gear 28 transmitting driving force on the optical axis sides of a first fixed lens group 5 and a second fixed lens group 2 on a plane view surface.
