PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a phase to a display of a shuttle ring from changing between when the display is drawn horizontally to a main body and takes photographs and when the display is folded to the backside of the main body, the main body is gripped horizontally, and the photographed images are reproduced. SOLUTION: In the portable information terminal equipment, the shuttle ring 21 is fitted freely rotatably within a specified angle range on a rotation table 5 which is rotated almost by 90°against the main body 2 together with a display part 9 to which the display 9 is attached and cross keys 24, 25, 26, and 27 are mounted in the center of the shuttle ring 21 on the rotation table 5.
