PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance/recovery/assembly system for equipment and machinery in a working chamber of a caisson, an attachment for use in the system, a remote robot, a dismantlement/recovery method, and the like. SOLUTION: In this remote maintenance/recovery/assembly system for the equipment and machinery in the working chamber of the pneumatic caisson, remote self-propelled trucks 20a-23a with dedicated devices are constituted by mounting the dedicated device, capable of remotely controlling at least any one of an maintenance operation, a dismantling operation, a transport operation and an assembling operation, on a remote self-propelled truck 1 on the ground. The trucks 20a-23a are lowered in a suspended state onto ground in the pneumatic working chamber of the caisson via a material shaft. An operator remotely operates the remote self-propelled truck with the dedicated device while watching a monitor on the ground. Thus, the equipment or machinery, which is arranged in the working chamber of the caisson, is maintained, dismantled and transported, or dismantled objects etc. are carried out in cooperation with a crane; or carried-in objects such as components for the equipment or machinery in the working chamber are transported and assembled.
