<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect and transmit an ultrasonic wave signal in a high S/N ratio without requiring a component requiring high processing accuracy nor its mounting precision. <P>SOLUTION: A dresser head 41 is provided with a signal conversion transmission circuit 23 configured so as to convert a detection signal of an ultrasonic sensor 21 into a digital signal to be subjected to radio modulation and an antenna 26 for signal transmission to which a signal subjected to radio modulation by the signal conversion transmission circuit 23 is applied as well as with the ultrasonic sensor 21 for detecting an ultrasonic wave. On the other hand, an antenna 34 for signal reception for receiving a signal emitted by the antenna 26 for signal transmission and a signal receiving head 35 for demodulating a reception signal obtained by the antenna 34 for signal reception are provided in the vicinity of the dresser head 41, and the demodulated signal is output as a digital signal or an analog signal in a prescribed signal format through a control part 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
