PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operation server to reduce a data amount to be received. SOLUTION: In a computer system provided with a radio terminal for transmitting information, the operation server for carrying out prescribed processing on the basis of information received from the radio terminals, and a radio station for relaying communication between the radio terminal and the operation server, the radio base station stores a group definition table denoting the correspondence between the radio terminals and a group in order to manage the radio terminals as the group, stores the information received from the radio terminals to a state history table for managing the history of the states of the radio terminals, extracts difference information between the information received from the radio terminals and the information stored in the state history table, and transmits the extracted difference information arranged by each group to the operation server.
