PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein reproduced sounds are made unnatural and without stereophonic effect due to change in the installed position of a projector device having conventional parametric speakers mounted thereon, because sound images are shifted. SOLUTION: The projector device, where ultrasonic waves modulated by a sound signal is emitted into the air to reproduce sound includes a sound, image control means for determining the radiating direction of the ultrasonic waves according to the changes in the projection area of image light projected from the projector device, and an ultrasonic wave reproducing means for emitting the ultrasonic waves in the radiation direction which is variable and is determined by the sound image control means.
