PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a packaging container whose open/close rims 3 are to be fastened by fitting a recess and a protrusion, that if a packaging bag 1 is torn to open by pulling it from a tear-open cut 2 of plastic films constituting the bag 1, the two plastic films on the front and the rear overlap each other in the same torn-open state and the fastener cannot be smoothly opened/closed with an insufficient gap left between the films to hardly allow insertion of the finger. SOLUTION: An obstacle 4 is provided in the direction along which one of two plastic films constituting the packaging bag 1 is unsealed. When the films are torn off by the hand, the film with the obstacle 4 is torn along a line extending from A to B in the figure as it is intervened by the obstacle 4, and the other film is torn along a straight line extending from A to C as there is no obstacle. Thus, a wide gap occurs between the two films, and the fastener package can be easily opened. If a cut is made on the plastic film instead of the obstacle, the similar effects can be exhibited.
