The method for treating the infantile cerebral paralysis comprises providing the conditions for the functional reorganization of the neuronal locomotion mechanisms by affecting locally the cholinergic synapses. With this aim in view, the pieces of the allogenic embryonic cortex are grafted into the cortical area, with 1-3 grafts for a course of the treatment.
