<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition improved in effects especially for nasal blockage caused by inflammation of the nasal mucosa, in several symptoms accompanied by allergic rhinitis, cold or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The medicinal composition comprising (A) pseudoephedrine or a pharmacologically permissible salt thereof, (B) phenylephrine, methoxyphenamine or their pharmacologically permissible salt, and (C) at least one selected from a group consisting of Datura stramonium extract, belladonna gross alkaloid, belladonna extract and scopolia extract is provided.
