PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positioning accuracy from being degraded owing to noise getting mixed in a GPS signal, signals during its processing, etc. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle apparatus is equipped with: a reception means receiving GPS signals transmitted from a plurality of GPS satellites; a move information measurement means for measuring information on the move of a vehicle by using a plurality of received GPS signals; a noise detection means for detecting whether or not noise is included in the GPS signals used for the measurement; a list preparation means for preparing a list of combinations of the GPS signals to be used for measurement performed by the measurement means when it is detected that noise is included in the GPS signals; and a signal recomposition means for recomposing the GPS signals to be used for the measurement to be performed by the measurement means on the basis of the prepared list. The preparation means is made to prepare a list of all the possible combinations as to residual GPS signals obtained by excepting at least one or more GPS signals from among a plurality of GPS signals receivable by the reception means.
