A ventilating air conditioner for recovering waste heat is provided to carry out ventilation via a waste heat recovering ventilation part for preventing loss of heat while ventilating room air. A ventilating air conditioner for recovering waste heat includes a ventilation path(130) for exhausting room air into the outside via an exhaust duct(110), and a waste heat recovering ventilation part. The waste heat recovering ventilation part has an air supply fan(610a) for discharging atmospheric air, which is inhaled via a suction duct(120), into a room via an air supply hole(140), and a heat exchange part(630) for carrying out heat exchange between the atmospheric air and room air inhaled via a ventilation hole(150) by rotation of a ventilation fan(610b) driven by a motor driving part(620). |
