摘要 A method is provided for preparing a functional food comprising the steps of: producing an aqueous solution of a malvaceous plant extract, adding fructan to the solution, and adjusting the solution to a determined temperature to obtain a solution containing fructose and/or oligofructose hydrolyzed from the fructan in the presence of the malvaceous plant extract. A functional food can be obtained from the method, which can be used to treat pathologies relating to calcium deficiency.
