A tilting apparatus of a headrest for an automobile is provided to assemble easily, to reduce defect occurrence and to improve workability by inserting a chamfered part of a secondary support bar to a coupling hole of a secondary rotation unit. The tilting apparatus(100) of a headrest for an automobile contains a lifting frame(1) installed on the upper part of a seat for an automobile and regulated according to the height of a seated person, a rotation support unit fixed to the top of the lifting frame, a primary rotation unit(3) and a secondary rotation unit installed on the front and rear of the rotation support unit in a line, a primary support bar installed through the top of the primary rotation unit, a secondary support bar(6) installed through the top of the secondary rotation unit, and bearing members(7) installed on both ends of the primary support bar and the secondary support bar to support a cushion member of a headrest. Hereon a coupling hole is formed on the secondary rotation unit and a chamfered part is formed on the secondary support bar to have an identical cross section and fixed to the coupling hole of the secondary rotation unit. |
