An on-board terminal for an ITS(Intelligent Transport System) is provided to connect a speaker with an antenna by 1 cable and a terminal body, thereby easily installing while economic and convenient properties are realized. A terminal body(110) is mountable on or detachable from a vehicle through a Velcro tape, and is communicable with a roadside base station device through the first antenna(114). An antenna module(120) is separably installed from the terminal body(110), is connected with a terminal(100) by 1 cable(108), and communicates with the base station device through the second antenna(122), then includes a speaker(123). A diversity function is provided by the first antenna(114) and the second antenna(122).
