<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing a ceramic laminated body which can enhance manufacturing speed per every layer of the ceramic laminated body to higher productivity, and be easily utilized and made compact by unitizing working tools in a machine frame in attachable and detachable manner. SOLUTION: A supporting wall 3a is provided to the rear surface of a working table 10 to form a machine frame A, a base pedestal 20 is placed on the working table in a manner that it can reciprocate and move vertically in a specified section along the supporting wall, and a plurality of supporting members 31 are arranged side by side on the supporting wall 3a in such a manner as projecting over the working table. In addition, an insulation layer formation unit C for discharging a ceramic slurry, an electrode layer formation unit E for jetting a conductive paste, and dryer unit L are fitted respectively by one or plurally to the supporting members in attachable and detachable manner. Then, during one to several reciprocating operations of the base pedestal 20 between the specified section, a thin-film layer S1 with a specified electrode pattern is formed on the ceramic insulation layer, and such a step is repeated to form a ceramic laminated body CS1.</p> |
