摘要 A method for manufacturing silica aerogel thin/thick films for smart glazing at ambient pressure is provided to reduce the number of processes and to shorten the process time by producing the silica aerogel thin/thick films by the simple exchanging of a solvent and ambient drying. The method for manufacturing silica aerogel thin/thick films for smart glazing at ambient pressure comprises the steps of: producing polymer silica sol and aqueous colloidal silica sol and controlling the viscosity of the polymer silica sol and aqueous colloidal silica sol proper for spin coating; spin-coating the surface of a base material with the sol; regulating the viscosity of the sol to dip and pull-up coat the spin-coated base material; dipping and pull-up coating the base material in the sol with the regulated viscosity; forming wet gel thin/thick films by making the sol applied on the surface of the base material into a gel type; exchanging a solvent for the wet gel thin/thick films; and drying the wet gel at ambient pressure.
