A synthetic fiber including a crimp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer the flexibility and the soft feeling like wool. A synthetic fiber is tied repeatedly so that a reference yarn(20) having spaces formed with a constant distance is formed. A crimp yarn(10) is inserted into the space of the reference yarn and has a curled shape through the crimp process. The reference yarn and the crimp yarn are formed with the same materials. The reference yarn and the crimp yarn have different colors at every distance set along the horizontal direction. The reference yarn and the crimp yarn are made of filament or natural and/or synthetic fiber as a spun yarn.
