An epoxy electric underfloor heating panel is provided to prevent the panel from being shorted or deformed even when the panel is folded or rolled, and to prevent current leakage or electromagnetic wave leakage. An epoxy electric underfloor heating panel is formed by arranging epoxy plates(20a,20b) on and beneath a sheet of carbon paper(10) serving as a heater, stacking heat insulation sheets(30a,30b) and pattern sheets(40a,40b) onto the epoxy plates, and compressing the stacked layer under a high temperature and high pressure condition. The carbon paper has one edge with a first metal sheet and a second metal sheet having a superior electric conductivity, and an opposite edge with a third metal sheet so that power is supplied to the first metal sheet and the second metal sheet. |
