The present invention refers to a method for changing the porosity and thereby permeability in rocks, thus increasing the flow rate of hydrocarbons and further fluids, said method being based on the detonation of two vertically- and time-separated explosive charges so as to generate three zones in order to intensify the well daily supply of fluids contained in the formation. The method of the present invention consists in the following stages: determining the dilatation capability of the formation in order to assess the increase in productivity of the well; assessing the size of the dilatation zone and the increase in porosity and permeability; performing a correlation analysis of the physical, mechanical, and hydraulic characteristics of the formation; determining the dilatation capability of the formation and the well characteristics. The method further comprises the following stages, depending on the dilatation capability of the rock: selecting the explosives type; determining the amplitude and time parameters of the explosive waves; determining the rock fracture; selecting the ignition range; calculating the amount of explosive material in each charge; selecting a device for controlling the time intervals; assembling a torpedo. The inventive method is also useful for dampening the well detonation and achieving a higher recovery of the resource.
