<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary developing device with new structure without requiring a rotary rack and structure corresponding to the rotary rack and an image forming apparatus including the rotary developing device. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device 12 and the image forming apparatus are formed by providing a body of rotation rotatably supported centering around an axis 16 with a plurality of developing units 14. The body of rotation has a plurality of developing units 14 and each of the plurality of developing units is connected to other developing devices. In addition, each of the developing units has a development processing part 52 which supplies developer to a member (for example, an electrostatic latent image carrier) to which the developer is supplied and a developer supply part 54 which supplies the developer to the development processing part and the development processing part and the developer supply part are separably connected with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
