PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height raising frame which is easy of the installation work on a site, and also, which does not require the disposal of wastes. SOLUTION: This height raising frame 16 is used for adjusting the height of a manhole 22 of a septic tank 12, and is equipped with a plurality of bellows portions 30 and 32 having different heights at the time of stretching per pair of annular wall portions which constituting a mountain-shape section. The annular wall portions 30a and 32a of one of a pair of the annular wall portions are folded along the other annular wall portions 30b and 32b at the time of contraction. On the top of the mountain-shape portion, protrusions 34 and 36 which continue from the annular wall portions 30a and 32a on one side by bending outward the edge parts of the other annular wall portions 30b and 32b are provided.
