PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: falling snow adheres to an angle detecting part of a height-of-snow-removing-section control unit; and snow to be removed is raised. SOLUTION: This snow blower 10 comprises: an engine (power source) 13 which is mounted on the center of a blower body 11; a snow-removing section 15 which is provided in the front of the machine body 11; the height-of-snow-removing-section control unit 60 for controlling the height of the section 15; a traveling section 12 for swingably supporting the machine body 11; and a height adjusting cylinder 44 which is provided between the blower body 11 and the traveling section 12, so as to enable the engine 13 and the section 15 to be inclined through a single operation. The control unit 60 comprises: an angle detecting sensor (angle detecting section) 64 which is provided on the side of the blower body 11 and arranged in the state of being close to the engine 13, so as to detect the angle of the blower body 11; a connecting rod (transmission section) 66, one end 85 of which is rotatably attached to the sensor 64, and the other end 86 of which is rotatably connected to the side of the traveling section 12; and a control section for controlling the angle of the blower body 11 by using the information of the sensor 64.
