PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design while reducing manufacturing cost of a door panel of a heat insulating structure having a natural lighting part. SOLUTION: This door panel has the heat insulating structure of sandwiching a heat insulating panel 3 between inside-outside surface materials 1 and 2. Mutually communicating through-openings 1c, 2c and 31 are respectively formed in the surface materials 1 and 2 and the heat insulating panel 3. When sticking the surface materials 1 and 2 and the heat insulating panel 3, a light transmissive plate 4 passing the light is arranged between the surface materials 1 and 2 and the heat insulating panel 3 so as to block up the through-openings 1c, 2c and 31. A recessed part 32 storing the light transmissive plate 4 is also formed in the heat insulating panel 3. A drawing process is applied to the through-openings of the surface materials 1 and 2, and peripheral parts 1d and 2d projecting to the reverse side by the drawing process, are inserted into a groove 41 formed on the light transmissive plate 4.
