PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of requiring an inexpensive and easily installable plate or an assembly using the plate, having the functions such as heat shielding, waterproofness, light shielding to an external part at night, the protection of privacy and windbreak, while preventing dust and an excessive exposure to the sunlight, in a ventilable state with the external part for performing the replacement, humidification and the temperature adjustment by a stain of air inside of a building. SOLUTION: This ventilation plate is used between a plurality of support members or for a frame of a building opening part, and has a ventilation through-hole and a shielding part (and a base surface part by an installation hole), and is vertically or laterally juxtaposed, and is cut equal to or a little smaller than the size of an installation part by using the ventilation plate for the building formed by linking by a connecting member capable of absorbing strain by being deformed between its plates, and is installed in response to the size of the vertical or lateral installation parts by expanding and contracting.
