PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management method, a data management system and a data management device, capable of suppressing increase in load by reducing data communication volume in use of a terminal with low processing capability or in use of a low-speed wireless link as a link containing a terminal. SOLUTION: The data management device 103 performs determination for satisfaction of a preset condition of authentication trigger or not. When satisfaction of the condition of authentication trigger is not determined, data transmitted from a terminal 101 is stored in a temporary acceptance area of a data accumulation part 104. When satisfaction of the condition of authentication trigger is determined, authentication of the terminal 101 is performed by an authentication server 106.
