PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing mold capable of preventing the outflow of an excessive resin from a cavity part. SOLUTION: The resin sealing mold is equipped with an upper mold, a lower mold, the cavity part provided to the lower mold, the excessive resin housing recessed part provided to the periphery of the cavity part and a communication groove allowing the cavity part to communicate with the housing recessed part to allow the resin to flow in the housing recessed.
