PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toroidal-type continuously variable transmission capable of supplying optimum oil to each section in a transmission case by using two kinds of oil or more in the transmission case. SOLUTION: In this toroidal-type continuously variable transmission, two oil supply paths 56, 57 or more for supplying oil to sections being different and independent from each other are provided in the transmission case. Two kinds of oil or more are supplied to the different sections through the oil supply paths 56, 57 being different and separate from each other. At this time, one kind of oil among two kinds of oil or more is used as traction oil, and one oil supply path 57 among two oil supply paths 56, 57 or more supplies the traction oil to a power transmission part of input and output discs 2, 5 and a power roller.
