PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet exchanger, achieving safe operation by reducing the space for deposition of cutting oil and chips. SOLUTION: In this pallet exchanger 1, pallets 3 are placed on both sides of the central rotating position, and after the pallet 3 is received from the setup table 5 side in the state of previously arraying workpieces, the transition of the pallet 3 to the rotating main shaft 4 side is caused by turning, and after the end of working using the rotating main shaft 4, the pallet 3 is again returned to the setup table 5 side by turning, and this process is repeated. A partition door 2 for sorting the pallets 3 placed on both sides has a double structure in which at least both side end parts are spaced from each other at a predetermined distance in partial areas, and an angle formed by a straight line connecting the center position of the rotation and the respective ends of the partition door 2 of the double structure is 20°or more.
