PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2-chloroacetamide solution of a high concentration (industrial antiseptic mildew-proofing agent composition) that exhibits excellent solution stability even when 2-chloroacetamide is jointly used with other antiseptic mildew-proofing agent and excellent handleability.
