<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activated gas forming method of high efficiency, with ozone as one example, a compact forming apparatus, and an exhaust gas treatment system, with low running cost, though a large scale apparatus is required for generating sufficient activated gas in the conventional exhaust gas treatment. <P>SOLUTION: In the activated gas forming method applicable to exhaust gas treatment, surface treatment or deodorization, the method wherein raw material gas is introduced into a plasma reactor discharging between electrodes to generate the activated gas, part of the activated gas is introduced into the plasma reactor, and circulated to form highly concentrated gas; the forming apparatus; and the exhaust gas treatment system are used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
