<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device improved with the assemblability of a display unit. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 has a housing 10, a display 14, a panel 16 and a fixture 17. The housing 10 has an wall 10a provided with an opening part 11. The display 14 is contained within the housing 10, faces to the opening part 11, and has a screen 14a provided with a display area 22. The panel 16 is placed between the opening part 11 and the screen 14a of the display 14 within the housing 10, and has permeability.
