PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a bearing stress dispersing member in an installation state to a guide while restraining an outside dimension of the bearing stress dispersing member dispersively transmitting prestress as reaction of tensional force imparted to an anchoring tool from a tension material to its peripheral concrete from the guide constituting the anchoring tool. SOLUTION: A guide insertion hole 1a is formed in a central part in a shape corresponding to a shape of the guide 3 manufactured in a plate shape in surface symmetry in the thickness direction and inserting the tension material 2. A plurality of through-holes 1e are formed at an interval in the peripheral direction around this guide insertion hole 1a. The thickness of a peripheral edge part 1b of the guide insertion hole 1a is formed larger than the thickness of the other part. A projection part 3b formed on an outer peripheral surface of the guide 3, is locked in the axial direction of the guide 3 on the outer peripheral surface of the guide 3 in this edge part 1b large in the thickness, and is fitted in the axial direction of the guide on an inner peripheral surface of the edge part 1b, and a recessed part 1c engageable in the peripheral direction is formed.
