PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a side door structure capable of effectively transmitting a side collision load to a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: The side door structure 10 is equipped with a side door 12 for opening/closing an opening portion for getting on/off of an occupant on a vehicle body. A door reinforcement 32 transmitting a load inward in a vehicular width direction from a vehicle body outside to the vehicle body frame 40 is arranged at a lower part of the side door 12. The door reinforcement 32 is provided with an outside shape portion 44 having a glass storage portion opening upward at a vehicular width center portion and formed in a generally C-shaped frame shape. In the outside shape portion 44, a tilting rib 52 coupling a point G on an upper side than a bottom of the glass storage portion 50 on an outside wall 44A structuring the outside shape portion 44, and a point H on an inner side in a vehicular width direction than an outer wall 44H of the glass storage portion 50 on a bottom wall 44C of the outside shape portion 44, is provided.
