PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cross talk. SOLUTION: A plurality of individual ink passages 21 which lead to a nozzle 20 from a pressure chamber 14 are formed in a passage unit 2. The pressure chamber 14 is separated by a bulkhead 10a. A piezoelectric actuator unit 3 is equipped with: a lower actuator unit 3a fixed on the bulkhead 10a to close the pressure chamber 14; an intermediate layer 3c including a bulkhead 34c holding the lower actuator unit 3a together with the bulkhead 10a; and an upper actuator unit 3b fixed on the bulkhead 34c. Each actuator unit 3a and 3b has: a vibrating plate 30a and 30b; a piezoelectric layer 31a and 31b laminated on the plate; a plurality of individual electrodes 32a and 32b facing against the center section of each pressure chamber 14; and a common electrode 33a and 33b holding the piezoelectric layer 31a and 31b together with the individual electrodes.
