PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vinyl-cis-polybutadiene rubber characterized in manufacturing it by adding a specific polyisoprene polymer to a syndiotactic-1,2-polybutadiene fibrous crystalline resin of a special structure and a cis-polybutadiene rubber of a specific structure. SOLUTION: This vinyl-cis-polybutadiene composition comprises a syndiotactic polybutadiene polymer fibrous particle or its aggregate dispersed as a micronized state in a polybutadiene rubber matrix, wherein a polyisoprene polymer is added on the fibrous particle or the aggregate by a graft reaction, and a graft ratio of the polyisoprene polymer to the syndiotactic polybutadiene polymer ranges from 5 to 150%.
