PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processor capable of reducing the occurrence of a jam when delivering a paper bundle bound by a staple. SOLUTION: A control part 21 of the post-processor 20 controls so as to drive a staple needle at a predetermined angle along an end part of the paper bundle by a stapler 22 in response to whether a paper quality of the paper bundle is set thin or the number of paper bundle is set large by an image forming device 10. Thus, when delivering the paper bundle, that an end surface of the paper bundle comes into surface contact with the staple needle, can be reduced, and a load when delivering the paper bundle can be reduced by coming into point contact with the staple needle.
