<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle display control device capable of preventing degradation of the attentiveness of a driver. <P>SOLUTION: When an on-vehicle navigation device determines that the sight line of an occupant at a driver's seat is directed to the direction of a display for a predetermined time or longer (Step S43; Yes), the on-vehicle navigation device is set to a state of rejecting both the reception of an instruction given by the key operation by a touch panel and an operation unit, and the reception of an instruction given by the key operation by an operation device (Step S44). When the occupant at the driver's seat drives a vehicle while watching the display, neither the occupant at the driver's seat nor an occupant at a front passenger seat cannot perform the key operation.
