PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive system mounting device, capable of correctly restricting generation of nonconstant speed torsional vibration in all the travel ranges, and a secondary force couple in a full-open start range. SOLUTION: Cushion rubbers 35ffl, 35ffr, 35rfl, and 35rfr are disposed at positions where roll torque can be inputted. Cushion rubbers 35fr and 35rr are disposed at positions where wind-up torque can be inputted. The drive system 1 is thus supported on a car body. In the respective cushion rubbers 35ffl, 35ffr, 35rfl, and 35rfr, fluid chambers 39ffl, 39ffr, 39rfl, and 39rfr are formed to generate fluid pressure in accordance with the toll torque of the drive system 1. The fluid pressure is transmitted to fluid chambers 39fr and 39rr formed in the cushion rubbers 35fr and 35rr respectively, wind-up in each part of the drive system 1 is restricted.
