PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outsole and a shoe which have a light weight, and excellent grippability and wear resistance. SOLUTION: The outsole 1 includes a ground contact layer 17 and a non-ground contact layer 19, and lamination portion 15 composed of a polymer composition substantially without air bubbles. The area ratio of the lamination portion 15 to the whole area of the bottom of the outsole is≥70%, the specific gravity of the ground contact layer 17 is≥1.00 and≤1.23, the specific gravity of the non-ground contact layer 19 is≥0.90 and≤1.13, the specific gravity of the ground contact layer 17 is larger than that of the non-ground contact layer 19, and the Shore A hardness of the ground contact layer 17 is≥55 and≤95.
