PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an electrolyte is leaked or water enters from an outside at a sealing part of an electrochemical cell, resulting in not maintaining the performance over a long period. SOLUTION: At least two types or more of resin of electrical insulation properties having a different viscosity are filled up in a space caused between a positive electrode can and a negative electrode can of the sealing part of the electrochemical cell.
