PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of completing termination processing of message transmission in prescribed timing without generating a load on a CPU, in a multimaster communication module. SOLUTION: A CAN module is provided with; a high-order address generation circuit which generates a high-order address indicating a buffering position of a transmission message buffer; and a low-order address generation circuit which generates a low-order address indicating a spot to be rewritten in the buffer. When the transmission of one message is completed, the CAN module executes transmission complete processing for the message, whose transmission is already completed, by combining the high-order address with a plurality of low-order addresses.
