PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further shorten the response time of simulator. SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing unit has a field of view display device 3, a motion simulator 2, and a steering gear 4 connected thereto and includes a linkage part 61 for performing the input/output processings of signals between them; a simulating operation part 62 for performing various simulating operations on the basis of various signals obtained through the linkage part 61; an output processing part 63 for performing output processing for driving the field of view display device 3 and the motion simulator 2, on the basis of operation results of the simulating operation part 62; and a shared memory part 64 which data is written to and read out from at any time by the linkage part 61, the simulating operation part 62, and the output processing part 63.
