Application of a protective layer consisting in a polymerized protein protective film characterized in that said protective layer is applied on substrates intended to be used in clean or sterilized rooms to prevent the affecting of particles on said substrates or to prevent the particles from crossing said substrate, so as to reduce the number of particles transported by said substrates between the exterior and the interior of said rooms, or between the interior of the latter and the exterior, and to avoid risks of contaminating the exterior or said substrates.
