PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening angle measuring device for a screw in a hand-held pulse tool, accurately measuring the fastening angle of a screw by eliminating influence of noise such as shake and rebound. SOLUTION: The hand-held pulse tool includes: a motor 13; and an impact torque generator 14 for applying pulse-like torque to a main shaft 15. A fastening torque detector 2 for detecting the fastening torque and an angle detector 3 for detecting a rotating angle of the main shaft 15 are disposed in the pulse tool, thereby detecting the fastening torque and the rotating angle of the main shaft 15, and the rotating angle of the main shaft 15 while the value of fastening torque detected by the fastening torque detector 2 is a preset value or more, is integrated in the pulse-like fastening torque repeatedly generated until the end of fastening so as to calculate the integrated value as the fastening angle of the screw.
