PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Kotatsu built into a floor having a heating effect (a feeling like a warm bath) by heating at a much lower temperature than a conventional electric heating type Kotatsu. SOLUTION: In this warm bath type Kotatsu built into the floor, a bottom planer heater 7 made of thermoplastic resin, and a heat storage material 8 are laminated and arranged on a bottom plate part 5 of a furnace case 3, and a sidewall planer heater 7a made of thermoplastic resin is provided at a sidewall part 4 of the furnace case 3.
