PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a projecting part and a gripping part strong in structural strength, and superior in an appearance. SOLUTION: A bending groove 12 is formed on a reverse surface of a surface plate material 6. The surface plate material 6 is laminated along an outside surface of a core material 5 while bending by the respective bending grooves 12. The projecting part 13 is projected outward from a rear part of a door panel 1, and the gripping part 14 is projected outward from a front part, and a recessed part 15 having the projecting part 13 and the gripping part 14 is formed on both sides. The recessed part 15 is formed by bending the surface plate material 6 by the respective bending grooves 12 so that a surface decorative layer 11 is exposed to the outside surface. The surface plate material 6 has a ridge-folding groove 17 for folding in a ridge shape in a projected corner part 15a of the recessed part 15 and a valley-folding groove 18 for folding in a valley shape in a reentrant part 15b of the recessed part 15 as the bending groove 12. The projecting part 13 and the gripping part 14 are formed by doubly folding back the surface plate material 6.
