PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of furring strips and a fastening for an outer panel without easily slipping out the fastener even if the furring strips are deformed. SOLUTION: The furring strips 3 and the fastening 4 for the outer panel 2 are arranged in an outer wall body 1. The furring strips 3 are a U-shaped cross-section long material composed of a bottom surface 5 and two side surfaces 6 having an opening 3a on the outdoor side, and a stopper 8 is erected toward the opening inside in both opening end parts 7. This structure has a ring spring 44 projecting from an opening part 42 arranged on both side surfaces 11 of the fastener 4 so as to fit the fastening 4 to an optional position in the longitudinal direction of the furring strips 3. This ring spring 44 can be easily inserted by contracting a diameter up to both side surfaces 6 of the fastening 4 when inserting the fastening 4 inside the furring strips 3 from an opening 3a of the stopper 8 opposed to the furring strips 3, and can be locked by abutting on the side surface 6 of the furring strips 3 and the stopper 8 by naturally and resiliently expanding the diameter when inserting the fastening 4 into the furring strips 3.
