PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet with a slide operation button having an operation button and a base sheet made of rubber-like elastic body adhering to the operation button, of which the operation button is made movable by the base sheet deformed by press operation of the operation button, having the slide operation button with metallic luster and hardly slipping operability. SOLUTION: The key sheet has a metal part 15 formed on an operation button main body 14 made of resin mold by wet plating, and an operation part 13 made of urethane-rubber molding.
