PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation having a reduced bitter taste of epinastine and a salt thereof and exhibiting enhanced stability. SOLUTION: In an oral preparation containing epinastine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a sweetening agent (for example, aspartame, erythritol, xylitol, and D-sorbitol) and an acidulant, the ratio of the acidulant is caused to be 10-1,000 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the sweetening agent thereby effectively reducing the bitter taste of epinastine and the salt thereof while enhancing stability. Such a preparation does not suffer from discoloration or the like for long terms and exhibits markedly enhanced stability against light, pH or the like. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
